It takes about 2-5 days for products to ship (please add an additional 2-7 business day for made to order products to be created).
RETURN
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations
All products are made-to-order. But please contact us immediately if you have any problems with your order via our email listed below.
Lost in Mail?
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Please contact your local post office first and email us immediately via our email listed below.
Keep in mind that if tracking information states an order was delivered but you think you haven’t received it, we won’t take responsibility and reship that order. In that case, any replacement will be at your expense.
Returned to Sender?
There are a few reasons an order can be returned to sender but most often it is due to an undeliverable address. Other instances include the package being unclaimed at customs or refused/returned by you, the Customer. We will contact you once we receive notice that the order has arrived back with us or at our third party facility. We will then contact you to determine how you would like to proceed. We will need an updated address if you wish to have the product reshipped.
Wrong Address?
Wrong Address-If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to us or our third party shipping company .
If your shipping address is wrong, please contact us right away. Usually packages, delivered to the wrong address are shipped back to the return address. When the package is returned we will contact you for an updated address. If a package is not returned to sender, then we will process a new order to replace the original.
Package isn’t Delivered but Tracking states it did?
In most cases, it is found that the delivery was made, but the package was left in an unexpected location at the recipient’s address. Recipients should reach out to the courier and inquire if any additional details were left by the delivery person (ex: “Left under table on porch”). Please contact us via our email listed below if you are still unable to locate the package.
Damaged?
If something arrives damaged, send a photo of the damage goods to our email. A replacement will be sent at no cost or a refund will be initiated. Please include the following information: Order#, describe your problem in as much details as you can, attach any supporting photos and we will be in touch to help as soon as possible.
